The house: Premium model, between a park and a greenbelt, it is a large, quiet and clean fully upgraded house that exudes luxury. Other tenants work in technology and service industries, and are highly respectful of each other. Washer/dryer, central AC, google fiber, power, water, water softener, security cameras, trash and gas shared expenses. Plenty of street parking. NOT FOR COUPLES, NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO DRUGS, NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE, AND NO DRAMA.
