Cigarette smoking / vaping allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. We would prefer roommates that don’t 420 smoke/vape but can discuss. ANY smoking/vaping in house you’ll be asked to leave immediately! No parties! We are a gay couple, together for 26 years. Laid back and consistent. I work from home, partner is long haul truck driver. We are more or less introvert but not standoffish, open to being socialable or giving space. We have one other roomie, straight, in 30’s male who is introvert, either at work or in his room, never cooks. He works nights so consideration of noise levels while he sleeps is appreciated. Everyone cleans and picks up after themselves. We have three cats so unfortunately no other pets allowed, not even ESA.
