About the room: Private upstairs space in a brand new 2-story home (~1600 sq ft) in Arlington (East Jax). Rent includes your bedroom plus an additional room upstairs which would be great for a home office, gym, or extra lounge space, totally up to you!

About the roomies

I live in the bedroom downstairs. I’m a working professional, easygoing, and value a low-drama, and respectful home environment. I keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable I like a balance of going out and staying in, and I enjoy having friends over occasionally. I’m big on communication and mutual respect in shared spaces.

I also have an Australian Shepherd who is friendly and active, so being comfortable around dogs is a must.
