About the room

Looking for two roommates to move into a 3br, 2.5ba townhome at Rivermoor West asap. I would like us to all meet and go through the leasing process together. We get 6wks free rent if approved by May 1st, but it is fine if we don’t meet the deadline. We would each pay about $800/mo which includes utilities. The complex has nice amenities: pool, 24hr fitness center, clubhouse (with WiFi), fenced in patio, and unit includes washer & dryer. The rooms are not furnished as displayed in photos, but this complex has the option of renting furniture for the unit if need be. You will be sharing a restroom space with another tenant, not we will come up with a cleaning schedule that both you and the other roommate agrees upon. I work security, come with an 8y/o lab mix (I’ve had him since his birth and he is completely potty trained). My significant other will also be moving into my bedroom in the middle of June. We are, clean, down to earth, fair, and reasonable. I am looking for other working professionals who can also verify their income to move in. Other couples welcomed to apply.

Note: Your security deposit will serve as a holding fee for the townhouse. Anything extra will be deducted from first month’s rent.
