The building is very complete, is only one year old with a huge pool a huge jacuzzi, plenty of BBQs and a very complete and modern gym. There’s also a dog’s park in the building, a Pizza restaurant, and a sushi place + a night bar.

The building is located in front of Bay View Park, easy access to Biscayne and I-95 highway. Plenty of stores, bars, coffee stores and places to walk around.

I am very clean and organized, and I HAVE A CAT. She’s lovely though.
