Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a subtenant for my room in a Brookline apartment. The apartment itself is quite lovely, featuring a spacious kitchen and one bathroom.

You would be living with two very friendly roommates, both students. One of them is extremely helpful and takes care of all organizational matters such as payments, electricity, internet, etc. The other has become a great friend - I often have dinner with him, and we enjoy talking about all kinds of topics. Both are studying in the life sciences field in Boston.

I have been living here while working on my master’s thesis at Boston Children’s Hospital, and now it is time for me to move back.

The apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the Brookline Hills station (Green Line), and downtown Boston can be reached in about 20 minutes by train. I personally walk to the Harvard Medical Campus every day, which takes around 20 minutes.

One of the best aspects of the apartment is its proximity to Coolidge Corner, a very lively and enjoyable area.

The rent will remain $1000 until end of August; afterwards it will be increased to $1100.

My roomies are really nice buddies! As I said one of them is organizing everthing for us so we don’t have any headache about anything! The other one is really communicative and we have a lot of really good talks! Both are super chill and friendly and respect everyone as they are!
