3 story 3 bedroom house with parking. House has 3 bed rooms and and two full bathroom (one inside master bedroom) and two half bathroom also. renting out the LARGE Master bedroom with Large Master bathroom and 2 large closets inside master bedroom too. (Utilities and internet included) In Manassas with very close access to 234 and 66 and 294. 1st floor is garage with my workshop area and half bath and second floor is kitchen dining room and living room with a patio balcony and half bath. Third floor is 3 bedrooms, (master w private bathroom, my bedroom and another vacant room and washer and dryer with hallway linen closet and a full bathroom. Utilities and internet included. We can discuss tv app maybe share diff apps. Room not furnished but can help you furnish if need be. I go to fb market a lot to look for furniture to restore. In my shop. I’m quite very chill I don’t smoke don’t. Respectful and clean. I work 8- 4 then come home and usually venture out or work on my shop fixing stuff. I teach classes craft class once at month at venues if you like doing crafty things like sip and paint.

House is very modern spacious & beautiful I am the only person living in it (male 53 years old my girlfriend stay with me from time to time) and I have a pet (female Dog) and you must be okay with a pet in the house. And yes I do my best to keep house clean of dog hair but you will get dog hair on your clothes occasionally. I’m sorry I try best I can but I just can’t guarantee you will not get dog hair on you. She is the queen of the house. Very friendly like to lay or cuddle w you. Only bad thing about this house is the housing development is next to train track. And train honks the horn ALL the time. Starts about 7 am and ends about 730-8 pm it passes about every 2 or 3 hrs. So if you want absolute quiet this not the place for you. I honestly don’t hear it too much any more. It’s almost just background noise to me at times. And the horn last maybe 20 seconds when it passes. With door closed u don’t hear it much but with sliding glass door it definitely louder. My lease end in December 2026 but if we get along great we can renew lease.
