There is a back yard. Street parking. Laundry on site. Non-smoking preferred. There are furnishings available if needed. I can also put them in storage.

I’m 50 years old. I’ve lived in this neighborhood since 2021 and love the neighbors and the area. I have a dog that does not get along with other animals. So I need a roomie with no pets.
