Room for Rent – Kendall Area ✨

Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out at the end of May, so I have a room available for rent in the Alexan Kendall community for $1,250/month, utilities included.

📍 Located in the Alexan Kendall community, close to everything Kendall has to offer. I’ve been here for a year and it’s a great environment, quiet, well kept, and close to everything you need.

What I’m looking for: someone clean and respectful (please no dishes left in the sink 😔). Ideally around my age, but honestly I’m open to talking to anyone who seems like a good fit. Open to female or male roommates.

I see this as two people just living life separately under the same roof. I’m not nosy and don’t need to chat every day, just looking for someone easy to share a space with.

A little about me: I’m 27, just graduated from FIU, and I’m a pretty quiet guy. When I’m not working from home, I’m usually hanging with friends, at the gym, or visiting family. I also have a cat named Maggie who mainly stays in my room.
