The house is at 45 Radcliffe St, though it doesn’t feel like a typical “falling apart” downtown rental. The whole place was just completely remodeled, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances (that actually work), plus new flooring and recessed lighting downstairs. We also have refinished original hardwoods upstairs, which keeps some of that Charleston character without the dust. The location is prime; it’s a super short walk to campus and right near all the good spots on Upper King. Biggest perk: We have 4 off-street parking spots and a huge backyard, which is basically a unicorn for Radcliffeborough.

It’s just my friend Ryan and I. We’re both students at the College of Charleston. We’re pretty chill, usually busy with classes or work during the week, but down to hang out, grab a drink, or grill in the backyard on the weekends. We keep the common areas clean and are looking for someone who is easygoing but respectful of the house since it’s all newly renovated. We actually have 2 spots open, so if you have somebody else interested in housing this is a great opportunity.
