I am a female who is looking for ONE nice, friendly, responsible roommate only. I sell real estate part time and work at Metropolitan Market part time. I am neat, clean and quiet and outgoing. I seldom have guests over. I enjoy watching TV in the evenings. I enjoy watching hummingbirds on my deck and feeding other birds, too. In the summer, I usually eat all my meals outside on the deck. I have a cat and a small dog, so I am at my pet limit. This means NO more pets, sorry!
