Renting out a room, bath and private garage in the 3 bed/2 bath condo I recently bought. It has a large window facing the green space and is directly opposite the laundry area and full bath, which you’d have to yourself as I have the ensuite room. You’d also have your private, one-car garage for parking and storage. It’s a safe quiet area, close to freeway access and walking distance to Old Town, The Alley, and the train station. Condo is ground floor with only one shared wall, no neighbors below nor above us.

I’m a 31-year-old engineer working in water who moved from Brazil nearly five years ago. I live with my small rescue dog named Frida and am looking for a girl preferably in a similar stage of life to share the space with me. My boyfriend lives 40 minutes away and we alternate who visits during the weekends. When I’m at home I enjoy cooking, painting, reading, and hosting. When I’m outside I enjoy traveling, staying active, taking classes, and going to the beach.
