About the room
I have a private upstairs bedroom (unfurnished) and full bathroom available in my 3 bed / 2 bath home, and I am looking for the right person to share it with.
The space is yours to make your own. Upstairs it is just your room, your bathroom, and my plant room, so you will have a quiet, comfortable space to come home to. The home sits on a peaceful road with no through traffic, and Edisto Beach is just 20 minutes away. West Ashley is about 25 minutes out and North Charleston is 30.
Two indoor cats are already in residence, so no additional pets please.

About the roomies
I work and keep mostly to myself. When I am not working you will probably find me kayaking, painting, or lost in a good book. I am looking for a roommate with a similar easygoing vibe. We don’t have to be best friends, but I am always open to good company.
