About the room
Welcome to historic Mott Park in Flint! Location couldn’t be more convenient - just footsteps (7 minute walk, 0.25mi) through the safe neighborhood to Kettering University, a short drive to McLaren hospital (5 minutes, 1.4mi, down Sunset Drive of Mott Park), about 1.7-2.0mi to UoM Flint, and about 10 minutes (3.5-4mi) to drive to most shopping (ie. Walmart, Kroger, etc) just west of the Park. If you’re fairly local now, I encourage you to explore Mott Park and the area!
The bedroom is 10’3x9’4 and will be fully furnished - just bring your clothes, sheets, and pillows! Full unfinished basement with laundry. All utilities are included, except TV service.
There is a sauna in the house - I use it regularly around mid day, so I am looking for a roommate that works a 1st/day shift.
About the roomies
32 y/o male, quiet, easy-going. I keep my place tidy and well kept. Don’t smoke nor drink. Healthy/gym lifestyle. I am the roommate, owner, property manager, repairman, lawn/snow service, etc. You get the idea.
