This property is a 2bed/ 2bath apartment with one bedroom available. Shared kitchen and common area, but I have a bathroom connected to my room so the other bathroom will be yours. I do not have much in the way of furniture so you are welcome to bring what you have. I will have to talk to the landlord about if there is a charge for additional pets if you have a pet. I have a cat and he is the sweetest goodest boy so you don’t have to worry about him tearing up your stuff or snatching your food or anything. I keep his litter box in my room and I use crystal litter so you don’t have to smell cat pee in the house. We get two parking spots and there is a small patch of grass that company can park occasionally. 420 friendly, but we are not allowed to smoke inside.
