Our home is on the 2nd floor of an historical Victorian house in Pico-Union, one of the most architecturally diverse neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Pico-Union is an ethnically diverse neighborhood, situated between downtown LA and Korea Town and home to many Guatemalan and Salvadoran families. We are a 15-minute walk to the edge of downtown, which is packed with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums, and events of all types. Downtown is currently the hub of innovation in LA, with something new opening nearly every week. We’re also right around the corner from Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz & Hollywood. BEDROOM Very comfortable queen size bed in a beautiful bedroom — our largest in the house. Huge windows let in lots of natural light and give you a view of the charming Victorian houses along the street. Black-out curtains ensure a peaceful night’s rest and allow you to easily sleep in. Large closet with hangers. Plants liven the space, and we made the shelves on the wall out of salvaged wood and the curtain hooks from driftwood we collected locally at Topanga Beach. This room is the house favorite!

RENTAL TERMS

• Rooms available on month-to-month basis.
• Due upon booking: 1st month’s rent + security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent
• Rent due on 1st of month to be paid via electronic transfer.
• No pets allowed. No smoking tobacco inside house.

We’re an artistic French/Southern couple who has lived in our house for 5 years. We have 5 bedrooms total, the master suite of which is ours. As Superhosts, we have previously rented out our other 4 bedrooms on Airbnb over the past 5 years, with over 800 5-star reviews. This year we will be in Mexico working on a new project for most of the year, so we have recently transitioned our house over to long-term, month-to-month rentals. We also have a yoga instructor and chef in the house. It’s a diverse, friendly, wonderful home with lots of personal space!
