Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in a spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Somerville, right on the Porter Square side.

The apartment is in a great location, about an 8-minute walk to the Red Line at Porter Square, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores all within walking distance.

It’s a very spacious unit with large bedrooms and a comfortable shared living area. The apartment includes a dishwasher, and there is coin-operated laundry in the basement. There are also both front and back porches, which are great for hanging out or getting some fresh air.

I’m 27 years old, originally from Long Island, NY, and this is my third year living in Boston. I work as a Registered Nurse in downtown Boston. I typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, which can include occasional weekends and nights, so my schedule varies a bit.

Outside of work, I like to stay active - going to the gym, walking around Somerville and Cambridge, and getting outside whenever I can. I also enjoy going out with friends to bars and concerts, but I’m just as happy having a low-key night at home.

I keep my living space clean and organized and tend to be easygoing overall. I value open communication and everyone doing their part to maintain a comfortable and respectful home.

Both of my current roommates are moving out at the end of the summer, so I’m looking to fill both rooms for the next lease cycle.
