It’s a really nice town home with a small walking trail right behind it. It’s only 10 minutes to downtown durham and very central to RDU! You would get TWO bedrooms to yourself and your own bathroom! The 2nd room would be a shared guest room but would be for you to use other than the very few times a guest stays! The main bed room and your bedrooms are split by a hallway so lots of privacy and space! You would have half of all shared spaces! (All furniture in bed rooms is my current roommates and rooms will be empty!) Although we do have a tv and some other small things you could use if wanted! There is a single car garage (that I currently take turns using w/ my current roommate) and down stairs bathroom, kitchen, living area, and entry way!

I’m Cami (she/ her) you would be living with me, my girlfriend (she/her) and our very well behaved pup Jersey! We are super lowkey and easy to live with. We just want someone who will be the same! We are very quiet and don’t have people over often and really are out and about a lot! We love to rock climb, camp, and be outside! Totally open to a roommate that wants to keep to themselves or hangout! I have found two roommates from roomies and both were great! My current roommate is moving out just because her dog really needs to be the only dog in the home!
