Nubia's room

Room is the biggest in the house with a walk-in closet. The room is provided with a queen bed and black out curtains. The bathroom is shared, however, only for when guests come (which is not often). Majority of the time, they will use my bathroom. In regards to the remainder of the house, I am fine with you using everything (Living room tv, cooking appliances, laundry room, dinnerware, etc.). I just ask that you are respectful with everything.

I am 15 minutes from the heights and 20 from Montrose. I love my neighborhood because despite being close to everything, it is super calm and nothing crazy ever happens.

I am a consultant and work from home. However, there are weeks where I’m barely home. I like having a tidy, stress-free home. I believe in open communication and respecting boundaries. I have two dogs, but they both have their own space and I do not keep them in the shared spaces. In my free time, I like to game, go thrifting with friends or walk around my neighborhood.
