The room is approximately 10x10 and has a large closet. Your bathroom is clean and ready. The bedroom will be empty and cleaned before you move in. It is not blue anymore (thank goodness), it’s light yellow. There is off-street parking, and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

The entire home is about 900 sq feet. Shared space includes living room, kitchen (you will have your own cabinets and space in the fridge), laundry, porch, small yard, a parking spot, and shed space for storage if needed.

We will split electric and heat. Internet is included. I do not have cable but you are welcome to get that on your own.

I’m a 40 year old professional and very low-key person. I am a parent coach and educator, I run an after-school program for a low-income families, and I am a part-time nanny. I like to have a lot on my plate! I’m pretty quiet and clean. Home is where I come to relax and unwind. I love spending time with my friends, traveling, attending concerts and art classes, spending time outside, and yoga (reluctantly). I love a good volunteer opportunity or protest for equality and justice. I have a 5 year old Labradoodle/Irish wolfhound mix. She’s 80 pounds of cuddles and will be your best friend if you scratch her butt.
