Single bedroom in shared apartment. I will be the only other occupant, and I currently have no pets. The bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. I have my private bedroom which is strictly off limits and the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room and bathroom) are shared. The bedroom is not the master bedroom and is the closest bedroom to the front door. Every appliance works and I keep the place clean.

45F It’s just me, I live alone. I don’t smoke and I rarely drink. I’m quiet and don’t go out much. I occasionally talk to friends via voice chat and visit my friends/family. I work nights and sleep days. I require someone who isn’t too loud (you don’t need to be totally quiet just be reasonable) while I sleep around 9am to 5pm. I like to bake and cook and enjoy reading, watching movies and playing video games.
