About the room

House is only 3 years old. I have a den as well as a living room, so there is an option if we don’t like the same TV programs or just want a little more privacy without being stuck in your bedroom. Location is off 512. US1 and Sebastian Park are only 2 miles away. Must like small dogs (2) Japanese Chins. Covered patio in back as well as a hot tub. Utilities included in the rent-electric, water, cable & internet. The home has a private driveway too. The room is not furnished, but if needed, we can probably make it happen. I will reimburse you for fees incurred for security checks.

About the roomies

I am retired but still work part time, RULES No drugs-so if you have a marijuana card, please do not waste your time or mine. Casual drink is OK No smoking (l have asthma) Can not have pets (just mine) Random overnight guest are not welcome. If
you a steady partner and wish them to stay over a couple of nights a week, we can work it out.
