About the room
The room is fully furnished, comes with a smart tv / remote, entertainment center, free WiFi. Full size bed furnished with brand new sheets, comforter and pillows. I just painted walls and put in new floors. Wood window shutters, black out curtains, ceiling fan, small lamp that is on a dimmer switch. Standard size closet. . Room feels tranquil and peaceful with soft lighting. You will have garage parking, there is an extended driveway. Full access to Whirlpool washer and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen a nice lounge area in the front room. Also a nice common area and dinning table. We are close to all shopping, movies, gyms and the new Meridian Mall. We are next to the 60 and the 202. Area is nice and safe.
About the roomies
I am the owner; however, I will not be living in the house. I have another property. The property manager (son) lives at this address. He is a young professional/ student. He is/will be studying business/ finance. He is laid back, friendly, and is a happy gentleman. He works, goes to gym and he games on occasion. House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Everything is set up like an Airbnb. All I ask is no drugs, drinking or smoking, and to be respectful. The house is peaceful and I would like it to remain that way.
