Small 2 bedroom house Im a truck driver and hardly ever home. Not a fancy home basic but clean. Quite No washer or dryer or internet I use my hotspot when home. I will cover the electric bill up to 50 dollars. I do not run my ac unless I am home so my bill has been almost non existent. No parties I am a truck driver and I’m gone a lot and work crazy hours I am hardly home but when I do it’s for the night and I’m back on the road again. I keep a quite life and im looking for someone that will do the same. Contact me for looking for move in August time frame. Master bedroom with own ac inverter that works amazing. Decent size room for small house.
