Timeline and Requirements

• Move-In Date: July 1st.
• Lease Signing: To secure the spot, the lease must be signed before June 16.
• Credit Score: Applicants must have a credit of 700+.
• Rent: $1500 per month + utilities.

I have been living in Harlem for about 3 years. I enjoy the neighborhood for its convenience and the variety of local spots within a few blocks. I am a regular at Dell’aria coffee for my morning caffeine. For dinner or drinks, you can usually find me at Jin Ramen or Dinosaur Bar-B-Que by the water. Having both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods nearby makes daily errands and grocery trips convenient.
