The house is 1.5 mile away from UMBC; locates in Maiden Choice Village right on the intersection of I-695 and Wilkens Ave; also one block away from UMBC bus stop; walking distance to two shopping plazas. Plenty of street parking space in front of house.

Rent includes utilities of BGE and internet. We have fios internet but no cable TV. Roommate shares kitchen, washer and dry and has duty to maintain the cleanness for public area. …
