I have one unfurnished room(do however have furniture if you need it, not matching but decent condition) available in my cozy 2 bed / 1 bath cottage-style home in Orange Park with a beautiful view of Doctors Lake. The house has a warm, peaceful vibe and sits on a quiet road, while still being conveniently close to everything in OP and only about 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville.

The yard is one of my favorite parts of the home — it’s filled with native plants and regularly visited by birds and butterflies, making it feel like a little nature retreat 🌿🦋 A quick walk gets you right to Doctors Lake, which is visible from the house.

I do have animals — cats, rabbits, and one friendly dog — so being comfortable around pets is important. I may be open to discussing another pet depending on the fit, but ideally I’d love someone who would enjoy and appreciate my little animal crew 🐾

I’m pretty low-key, friendly, originally from Vermont, and work in animal rescue and training for the most part. I really value a peaceful home, open communication, respecting boundaries, and a drama-free environment. I also enjoy going to the gym (bonus points if you’d want a gym buddy!) and spending time outdoors.

If you just need a room to rent, that’s cool too! Boundaries are important. It’s a safe, quiet road and home with quick access to Jacksonville and all of Orange Park.
