A full kitchen is available for use with a shared refrigerator and additional freezer available in basement.

All bedding (new for each tenant), towels, and toiletries supplied.

Amenities include shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen and general living area access.

There is a community pool run by our HOA three houses down available Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Rent is 750.00 per month and a 750.00 security deposit.

Rental application, and background check will be required. Lease is month to month.
