Current roommates are both male professionals with normal working hours and do not party.
Neighborhood: Walking distance to Costco, restaurants, Orenco station, Intel main campus, Hillsboro Library and Hillsboro business parks
Utilities are split equally between the roommates and average between 120-145
Security deposit is $700 6-12 month lease available. If serious, application fee for background will be paid by applicant, if accepted the cost would go towards first month’s rent.
About the roomies
One young male professional in the master bedroom who works at intel, keeps to themselves. The other older male professional who you’ll share the bathroom with works at Fedex and is very clean and has boardgame times during the week.
