You’ll have a private room with a comfy and clean bed, desk, vanity, and plenty of drawers and hanging space in the closet. Right now, another female and her 2-year-old are in the next room, but she’s moving out soon, and her 10-year-old daughter will be staying there. She’ll be using my restroom, so the bathroom is mostly yours. There’s a big window, and I’m also adding a wall fan to help with the summer heat. It has a private password knob, a smart TV, and internet. Plus, laundry is available in the house. The community pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.
I’m a male on my 40s, I don’t drink or party at home, house is pretty chill. I normally work really early and during the afternoon I’ll come home and go to the gym and do dad chores etc. I have a 10 year old kid she is pretty respectful and really fun to be around, she is always busy with dance classes and school. Also have a small dog and a couple cats that go in and out of the house. We like to keep the house clean and the kitchen in specific.
