I own a clean, comfortable home near Sugarhouse and am looking for one great roommate to join my two current tenants.

This is a true home—not an apartment or a crowded rental.

We are hoping to find someone who values a peaceful, respectful living environment and great roommate dynamics over simply finding the absolute cheapest rent.

The Location: Tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood with incredible access to everything you need: -5 min to the heart of Sugarhouse & Liberty Park -10 min to downtown -10–15 min to the canyons -Quick access to I-15, I-80, and 700 E -Close to Smith’s, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Walmart -Near Vasa, EOS, Momentum, The Front, and more

The Vibe & Your Roommates: Your future roommates are two working professionals in their late 20s and early 30s (both male). In their free time, they love to be outside skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and going on adventures. They also enjoy catching concerts, sports games, and reading.

They keep the house clean, relaxed, and easy to live in. They enjoy hosting friends for drinks or get-togethers every now and then, but home is primarily a place to recharge—not a party house.

We’re looking for someone who is: -A male roommate to align with the shared bathroom (but can also offer the downstairs bed and bath instead for a female renter) -Clean, respectful, and kind -Stable, responsible, and pays rent on time -Has solid roommate etiquette
