What catches up with you gradually is the neighbourhood: its unhurried pace, the way residents seem to know each other without being intrusive, the general sense that this is somewhere people have chosen rather than settled for. The room is entirely self-contained throughout private bathroom, independent living, no shared anything. It earns its reputation quietly.

Settled comfortably into this house are a museum education officer and a telecommunications engineer two people whose working lives pull in entirely different directions but who’ve landed on identical preferences at home. Quiet. Clean. Each in their own room, each respecting the other’s space without it ever needing to be discussed. We’re looking for a third person who brings that same natural consideration someone tidy, grounded, and genuinely comfortable with a home that keeps its composure.
