Earlier move in date is possible on request! It’s a nice area in the Riverwest neighborhood, plenty of parks and nature around, and is just a couple minutes from the grocery store. It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath with large common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room/craft area. Common areas are already furnished. The bedroom has a large open closet. Cats are allowed by landlord with an extra $45 in monthly pet rent. Security deposit has already been paid, along with initial non-refundable pet deposit.
About the roomies
Me and Mo have been in a couple different living situations together since 2023 and have liked living with each other pretty well. We’re both queer artists. Mo is a senior in college while I graduated in 2025. I’m a bit more quiet and shy around new people, Mo is a sweetheart and loves to meet new people. We’re fairly clean and are happy to neaten things up when asked, the previous roommates we have lived with have also had no complaints about cleanliness.
