About the room
2 Story house located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Room is located on the 2nd floor of the home with the bathroom right across from it. Full kitchen access downstairs, occupant will have access to the full house and amenities (minus other occupants rooms).
Utilities / internet are included in the rent price which is due on the 1st of every month. Preferably like to pay before the 1st, however no later than the 1st.
About the roomies
You will be living with 2 other males that are in their early 40’s. Myself (Andrew) works first and 2nd shft, Craig, works 2nd shift and we both are usually off on the weekends.
There are dogs in the home currently. Very friendly Huskies, and Chihuahua’s.
We both are quiet people and keep to ourselves but otherwise very friendly and easy to get a long with.
