Our unit is located in the College Hill area, so about a 10-minute walk from Brown University, Whole Foods, Staples, restaurants, and green spaces such as Prospect Terrace. We are looking to fill up to vacant bedrooms to renew our lease. The lease would start in September, and we have the option to sign a 9-month (ends in May) or 12-month (ends in August) lease. Our place is fully furnished, including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and TV, plus bedroom and living room furniture. Our unit has central AC/heating. A washer and dryer is also located in the basement. Some of my roommates are also subleasing their bedrooms for the summer, so please reach out if you are interested in moving in earlier than September.

I’m Eileen, and I’m a Clinical Research Assistant at Brown University Health. My roommate is a student at Brown. We are both women in our early 20s, and are neat, quiet, and pretty easy-going.
