The community is pretty chill. There’s a small community park. The house is located in a Cul de sac and no one usually parks around unless if the neighbors are having a party or so. The room is located upstairs. I’m currently changing the floor because the previous owners put a rug. The room is a shared restroom but we don’t really use it cause we have our own in the master bathroom. I do plan to rent out another room in the future so it will be shared then. Single person 1000. Couple 1200.

Hello! My name is Michelle. I bought this home in 2024 and I currently commute from Los Angeles to Hemet due to work. I don’t want to sell my house just yet and I plan to eventually live closer to LA so I’m hoping to find people that can rent here for now. I live with My husband & baby ( he’s almost 2) very chill kid. We also have a dog named snoopy. We don’t want any other pets for now. Of course a hamster or fish are welcomed (: The community is very chill and parking is definitely available.
