Large room in a two bedroom one bath older duplex, with wood floors and built-ins which add charm. Mostly unfurnished, but has some kitchen items and also dinning table and chairs. Also small garage which is great for storage. Room-mate is the most chill person I’ve ever met, who is a health care student, who will be here another year. Rent is month to month. Water included in Rent.

I am a fire survivor and moving back up to Altadena. My room-mate is low maintenance, no drama, a health care student who graduates in a year next June. I couldn’t ask for a better roommate. She cleans without ever having to ask her to help, takes out the trash to the street weekly, etc.
