In search of a roommate to share the condo I live in! The second bedroom is available - it’s 10’4”x10’ with a 2’9”x2’2” nook and a large walk-in closet with sliding doors. The room can be furnished (a queen bed and lots of stuff here to choose from) or unfurnished! The door to the room is off of a hallway that leads to the rear of the condo where my room is. There’s a shared bathroom with two doors - one off of the hallway and another connected to my room (both lock from the inside). The condo includes a furnished living room, kitchen and dining area, along with a washer and dryer. Ample parking spots are available just outside, with additional street parking in the neighborhood. There is a single car garage that’s being used for storage, though use of it for your car could be discussed if you stay long term. The place is supremely clean, quiet (inside and out) and cozy!

I’m looking for someone who…

-Works during the afternoons/evenings

-Cleans up after themselves (trash, messes, dishes, shared spaces, etc.)

-Is quiet and keeps to their respective space most of the time (treats common areas as transient/doesn’t hang out there all the time)

-Doesn’t drink or use any recreational drugs

-Is mature enough to give and receive feedback and have difficult conversations, if necessary

-Respects me and my cat who has some special needs (she has food allergies, so she can’t eat anything but her prescription food, she’s not allowed to go a few places in the condo, one of them being your room, she gets medication and needs to be monitored by me for a little while in the morning and evening, etc.)

I work in the mornings and when I’m at home I love to read and relax. I also enjoy cycling and going to the gym. When you’re not around I’ll work on music and play with my cat.
