Cosy garden level room available in the Park Hill neighborhood. Private bedroom, shared everything else. Laundry and storage unit avaliable on site, not in unit. Street Parking only.

Pets are welcome pending landlord/HOA approval.

No smoking within the unit please.

KC has been living in the unit for around a year, he works with disabled kids and does some freelance work as an artist and craftsman. KC is quiet and fairly introverted, but friendly and sociable. He generally keeps the shared spaces tidy.

Though KC is fairly easy going in most areas, he has major food allergies. Any potential roommates would need to be especially aware of potential cross contamination in the shared kitchen.
