Bedroom in an apartment with two UW students, preferably roommate would be a student as well. You could either have a smaller room for 750/month or a larger one for 900, details ironed out later. 12-month lease, must be willing to meet us in person before signing the lease. Utilities are 65/person a month, and electricity and gas are split equally between tenants based on usage. Very close to UW and Cowen/Ravenna park
