I have a 918 square foot condo located in Marinwood, north of San Rafael. You will have the master bedroom and the half bath to yourself. There is another bathroom with a shower and toilet that I may use on occasion when using the second bedroom as my office. I plan to only be at the condo a few times a MONTH at most, to work and check on the plants. The condo is partially furnished. We can discuss your furniture needs. Water and garbage is included in the rent. Tenant will pay for internet and partial PG&E bill. (I will not be in the space often and do not need internet.)

I will not be spending my evenings at the condo, or using the kitchen for meals. I take care of my aging mother-in-law in southern Marin and my 17 year old son attends Tam High. My main residence is at the family house in Mill Valley for the time being. I have a massage therapy practice which keeps me busy. Ideally, my house-mate would not work from home, or work partially remote. We can discuss work schedules, as I may need to see a client once a week in the condo. The tenant would basically have the entire space to themselves, besides a few days a month.
