Fully furnished room for rent available in beautiful large Brentwood executive home. Room is secluded on the main level of the home and is approx. 10ftx10ft.

Rent is $900 per month which includes utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, and Wi-Fi). There will also be a $700 security deposit as well as a $150 Non-Refundable cleaning deposit.

Room comes with an updated bathroom of its own (no sharing with other members of the household), kitchen privileges, amazing large inviting backyard in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Washer and dryer on the premises. Absolutely no smoking, excessive alcohol, drama or drug use!! The room is for ONE person only to occupy (Female Preferred), sorry no couples so please do not ask!

We have 2 dogs so no other pets will be considered. Must have stable income, gainfully employed “outside” of the home at least part time and pay rent on time.

Home is centrally located off of O’Hara, in between Sand Creek and Lone Tree. Just minutes from Highway 4, shopping and downtown. No long-term lease required. Rent will be on a month-to-month basis to make sure we are a good fit.

Credit, background and reference check will be conducted after completed rental application has been submitted.
