I have one bedroom that’s currently available in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment at Strata Apartments. Our current roommate will be moving out August 1st, and you would have a private bathroom after that date. If you would like to move in for the summer then your room would be the one pictured.

It’s slightly bigger than the other bedroom, with the option to keep up the curtains I installed. The other room just has closet doors. It’s currently being used as an office space/spare room which all furniture can be cleared out.

Electricity and gas is not included in the rent. It usually ends up being about $40-$50 per person.

We are looking for someone who respects shared spaces and is very clean. We would like to sign an 11 month lease with an expected move out date of July 1st.

I will be gone for a summer internship, but returning to finish my senior year at USU. Codie, my partner, is a full-time machinist who also attends Bridgerland. And Lee works full-time for Vivant. We have an elderly low-maintenance bulldog who does well with other dogs, haven’t seen her with cats yet but she’s very even tempered.
