It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath 5 year old manufactured home, I’ve been in it for four years. Roomate just moved out and I need a new one ASAP. Rent is 1650 and we would split that in half plus utilities. It’s 15 min from Spokane valley. Has a washer and dryer. I have 2 smoker grills and a BBQ, 2 fire pits. A beatiful view overlooking town. It’s quiet and peacefull.

About the roomies

I’m the only one here right now. I have one dog. I love to have friends over for a good BBQ or fire pit night. Not big parties tho, don’t need the place trashed by idiots. I’m outdoorsy yet I also love car races. I’m pretty chill and laid back but love to have fun also. Wanna go on hikes with me?!
