Looking for a woman in her 20s/30s to join our spacious 4 BD/3BA house in Rockville/Twinbrook area!! Our house has a furnished living room, dining area, large kitchen, sunroom, basement w/ laundry and fully fenced in backyard with deck! We have a two car driveway and ample street parking.

The available bedroom will be unfurnished. The room comfortably fits a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. The room is on the entry level of the house.

Our ideal roommate is a responsible, non-smoking, tidy, mid-20s to 30s woman. We have a very distinguished 8-year old dachshund mix so you must love dogs!! No other pets!

This is an inclusive house within a very diverse neighborhood. Our neighborhood is walking friendly, and includes a community park and tennis/basketball courts. We are walking and driving distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. We are a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Twinbrook Metro Station (Red line).

Currently home to 2 30-something women. One is a special education teacher and one works in event photography! We love to hang out, binge a tv show, food, shopping, and go on adventures. We also have an adorable 8-year old dachshund mix so you must love dogs!! No other pets!
