The move in amount is first and last month’s rent. And security deposit is only $50
The room will be furnished with a bed, fridge, microwave and table if needed. Wifi is included.
Room has a private door with access direct to the outside.
The house kitchen and living room are private with no access, however, there is a shared bathroom and a laundry room available for use
Must like dogs as there are two Black Labs in the house and they love attention 🐶🐶😄
If you don’t have a vehicle, the bus stops just outside the house. Or, if I’m going into town, you can hitch a ride with me, which is a couple of times a week.
