I’m renting a single family home by the room (I’m a property manager, I don’t live there) for $440 per month located near the intersection of Lee Blvd and Homestead Rd. The room is private and comes with a bed, dresser, mini refrigerator, Roku Tv streaming, local antenna channels, Comcast cable high speed internet(wifi), and a window air conditioning unit. All utilities are included and paid for in the rent (electric, water, internet).

$550 to move in ($110 security deposit + $440 monthly rent)

No pets

Safety and comfort is my priority. Everyone follows normal “common sense” house rules such as no disturbances such as loud noises or partying.
