About the room
You have you’re own room and there is an additional room for storage. Any of my guests will use my bathroom so your bathroom is completely your own. Parking will have to be behind my truck. Available for solo tenant.
About the roomies
I work rotating shift work so I leave and come back at odd times. All I care about is if you’re clean and pay the rent on time. When I’m home I like to relax so not too keen on visitors being present all the time but every now and then is fine. I dont really use the livingroom often and the kitchen is available most of the time. I usually cook in bulk so I don’t use it extremely often.
