The room is on the opposite side of the apartment near the kitchen and has its own private entrance that isn’t used, so it offers a solid amount of privacy.

You’ll have:

• Your own bedroom
• Your own bathroom
• Your own coat closet
• Your own pantry space (we’ll set it up so you have dedicated storage)

Kitchen and living room are shared, but we mostly just overlap in the kitchen. The living room can be used for a TV, desk, or gaming setup if you want to make it your space.

This is a quiet, low-key home—not a party environment. More of a relaxed place to live, work, and focus on hobbies.

• $800/month (includes water, electric, and internet)
• Month-to-month
• First month is $800 + $200 refundable deposit (separate from rent)

• There is a dog in the home, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs
• No additional pets

We’re a chill couple and easy to live with. One of us works in game development, so a lot of time is spent on the computer building, testing, and working on projects.

Outside of that, we’re into gaming, tech, and creative stuff like 3D printing and streaming. The overall vibe here is pretty quiet everyone doing their own thing without a lot of noise or chaos.

This isn’t a party house. It’s more of a low-key, do-your-own-thing space where people can relax, focus, and not deal with drama. We keep shared areas clean and expect the same.

There’s a dog (Roxy). She’s friendly and a big part of the home, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
