Hey! I’m looking for a chill, reliable roommate to move into a furnished room in my place starting May 1st. You’ll have your own private bathroom and it is located right near the bus stop.
The Perks:
• All inclusive: Rent covers all utilities, plus I’ve got Hulu and Netflix set up for the house. Orkin and house cleaners come once a month
• Laundry: Washer/dryer right in the patio closet.
• The Vibe: I work from home and generally keep things pretty quiet and low-key.
• The Roomie: I have a super cute little Pomeranian, so you’ve gotta be a dog person! 🐾
No drugs in the house. 420 is totally fine, just please keep it to the outside areas
About the roomies
It’s just me and my dog. I work from home and pretty quiet. I don’t have guests very often and when I do it’s usually known in advance. LGBT here.
